The Knolls Motel is a classic Doo-Wop style inn hosting families, couples and convention attendees for the past 60 years. The Knolls Motel caters to mature couples, vacationing families and convention attendees over the student age of 25. You must be over the age of 25 to reserve and or check in to this property. Reservations are held until 6 PM unless previously notified of late arrival. No reservations will be checked in after 8PM without prior notification. No refunds for early-departures, weather conditions, or no shows. Each room can accommodate a maximum occupancy level and may not be exceeded. Misrepresentation voids reservation and surrenders all deposits. Visitors are NOT permitted. Motel facilities are for registered guests only. All guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only outdoors. Only one parking space is provided per unit. Sorry, no pets. Illegal activities, noise or disturbances, and failure to abide by motel rules and policies will not be tolerated and will result in immediate eviction of entire party without refund of deposits or payments
