Petoskey is a scenic resort community on Lake Michigan/Little Traverse Bay, 3 1/2 north of Grand Rapids, 3 1/2 hrs northwest of Detroit, and 6 hrs North of Chicago. Located on US 31 Petoskey is a great place to stay and near other smaller towns. The Inn's rooms vary from simple cottage style to deluxe suites so amenties vary accordingly. The Inn is wireless, there is no pool, but BayView has a private beach guests can use. Not all rooms have TV's, cottage plus, deluxe and suites do. This is not a "chain" hotel, it is very unique and charming.
