The beaches of South Walton are well known for the emerald green water, sugar white sand and quaint beach side communities. South Walton is situated between Destin and Panama City Beach, next door to Rosemary Beach on scenic 30A. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. All guests must be 25 years or with a parent/legal guardian. If guests do not meet age requirement then guests will not be permitted on the property. Guests must pay cleaning fee/security deposit before collecting keys. If arriving after hours, guests can locate a list of instructions and lock boxes outside of the front desk. Call the after hour check-in line at 1-850-636-9600 and they will collect the cleaning, registration and limited damage waiver fees and check them in over the phone. Please note the following fees due at check-in- Cleaning fee- Studio- USD 62.44, 3 bedroom- USD 133.80. Registration fee- USD 11.15. Security deposit- there is a non refundable USD 40.00 Limited Damage Waiver fee, which will cover up to USD 2000.00 worth of accidental damages that are reported before check-out.
