 The Sheraton Hotel & Suites has nearly completed its $25 million dollar renovation and is conveniently located in the heart of Lake Buena Vista, less than a quarter mile from the entrance to the Walt Disney World® Resort and about 15 minutes to SeaWorld® and Universal Orlando®.
As a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel®, the Sheraton Hotel & Suites Resort provides free scheduled transportation to all Walt Disney World® theme parks and the ability for guests to purchase park tickets.
Guests can indulge in the two spectacular pools, each with unique water features including zero-entry, cascading waterfalls, splash pad, a 79-foot water slide, water volleyball and basketball nets. Relax poolside in either the personal cabanas, lounge areas, or more than 250 pool deck chairs. Additional recreation activities include a state-of-the-art fitness center and game room with arcade and modern gaming consoles. The new full-service spa, Top of the Palms, offers services ranging from signature massages to manicures.
Dining facilities include the new 27 Palms Grill, offering casual dining throughout the day. Zest is the hotel??s signature restaurant and lounge, complete with indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Zest offers a citrus-infused menu and signature cocktails. The Springboard Marketplace and Cafe is located in the lobby and serves fresh paninis, wraps, and Starbucks coffee and drinks as well as hand-scooped ice-cream.
Guests can relax in one of the 490 totally revamped guestrooms complete with upscale linens and premium finishes. Standard guestrooms feature two queen beds or one king and convenient amenities. The junior suite rooms feature family-style bunk beds or sitting room parlors and sleep up to 8 people. Each room includes two telephones with voicemail, Sheraton Sweet Sleeper beds, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron/ironing board, electric safe, 42-inch HD flat screen TV with premium cable channels and pay-per-view movies. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Parking fees are $10 for self-parking and $15 for valet, per night.
This hotel will begin charging a resort fee of $9.95 per room, per day for any reservations staying after March 1, 2012. The resort fee includes unlimited access to the health club fitness, in-room high speed internet, 2 bottles of water daily and daily newspaper.

From now through June 30, 2012, the parking lot located in the back of the hotel will be unavailable.
