This is a newer gated series of communities of 3, 4, and 5-bedroom holiday villas with private pools.
Rooms
These beautifully appointed villas include all the creature comforts guests are used to from home. They offer large, fully equipped kitchen and dining areas as well as other spacious living areas. Guests can lounge by the pool after a day of visiting theme parks. All linens and cooking/eating utensils are provided, in addition to a washer/dryer. All accommodation units come with private bathroom facilities with shower/bathtub and hairdryer, and are equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV and a radio. The kitchens offer a fridge, cooker, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and an iron and ironing board. Individually adjustable air conditioning and heating are provided in all accommodation units as standard.

Tennis courts and a kids' play area are located within in the gated community, plus plenty of walking/jogging paths for guests' morning workouts or evening strolls.

Misc.
Guests can check in from 4 pm. Check-in, registration and key collection all take place at the Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After hours key collection is from the electronic lock box at the same location. To access the lock box, guests enter the lock box code: C-7-0-8-3 then press the button with the symbol of a door key. Homes assistance is available 24 hours a day by calling the free phone number: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration. The following items can be pre-booked for an additional fee: pool heating, baby cots and a high chair. Homes are cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. All private homes and apartments are non-smoking and pets are not permitted.
How to get there
Guests arriving from Orlando Airport should take the south exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join the SR.417 heading west (toll road) and exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth, turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here, turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the 2nd set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left and the Hotelbeds Welcome Centre where you will check in is on the right.
