Kihei is noted for its year round sunshine, balmy trade winds and soothing evening air. It is one of the driest, sunniest areas on the entire island, averaging 10 in. a year. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. The office is located in the B building, which is the southern most building. There is a parking lot for each building, so - for your convenience - do not unpack until you know which building you will be staying in. There is a courtesy phone to the left of the office door. Simply pick it up and it will dial the after hours operator automatically. They will give you a 3 digit code that will open a lock-box directly above the phone. Your unit key will be hanging inside. Check-in formally the next morning.
