The Great Wolf Lodge Grand Mound is located at the intersection of I-5 and US-12 on Old Highway 99 between Seattle and Portland.
Amenities of the resort include the Elements Spa, featuring a full menu of Aveda treatments including facials, massages, and wraps. For the 12-and-under set, it features a spa designed just for kids. Called Scooops Kid Spa, it offers ice cream-themed manicures and pedicures.
The resort also has a children's craft and activity center and an arcade with more than 100 videogames. It features a new attraction called Great space, a tech center with Internet stations, movies, and musical entertainment aimed at the teen and teen crowds. Scheduled to open later this summer is MagiQuest, a live-action, and fantasy adventure game. The company's resorts are family-oriented destination facilities that generally feature 300 to 400 rooms and a large indoor entertainment area measuring 40,000 to 100,000 square feet. The all-suite properties offer a variety of room styles, arcade/game rooms, fitness centers, themed restaurants, spas, supervised children's activities and other amenities.
The lodge includes almost 400 Northwood's-themed suites, many offering forts for the kids complete with bunk beds. The largest sleeps up to eight people, with several suites featuring fireplaces, lofts, balconies, and whirlpool tubs. All suites feature in-room microwaves and refrigerators. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. |
