These spacious and well-constructed condominium residences are in a grand location, situated along the Blue River under towering Blue Spruce. We are separated by a small footbridge from the Quicksilver lift at the Peak 9 Base Area, where all skier services are available. Equally close to Downtown, all units feature a gas fireplace, full kitchen with bar area, dining room table, TV/DVD and DSL or wireless high speed internet. The units back up to the Arapahoe National Forest and are highlighted by large picture windows with private balconies. Some units are equipped with a washer/dryer and gas grill. Coin operated laundry facilities are also available on site. Building amenities include heated underground parking, elevators, and access to the Columbine Recreation Center with outdoor heated pool, indoor/outdoor oversized hot tubs, shower rooms, and summer patio with outdoor furniture. Please note that there is a 5 percent reservation fee. Check-in is after 4pm and guaranteed by 6pm. Please check-in at Ski Country Resorts- 213 N. Main Street. There is ample parking behind building.
