 Aravan Evi is a traditional Turkish Village style hotel and restaurant. It has been built and hand-crafted with the natural stone of Cappadocia. We offer an excellent blend of Turkish warmth and hospitality with modern, clean facilities.
In our small town Ayvali you have the chance to see the real Turkish village style life. It's an old village in the heart of Cappadocia. You might experience the village life and the real Turkish village food. You can see how we cook in our ovens which is called "tandir" in Turkish.
We have beautifully decorated rooms with private ensuite facilities. These include 5 standard double/twin rooms. All rooms are equipped with direct dial telephone, hair dryer.

We offer two different menus for our guests in our restaurant. These include the famous Turkish village cuisine like, casserole which is cooked in our tandir (oven on th ground), local round Turkish bread, soup cooked in tandir with bulgur(boiled and pounded wheat), Stuffed vine in olive oil, haricot beans cooked in tandir inside a traditional clay pot.You can find below our two different menus below.
