The hotel has 2 buffet-style restaurants, one of which features Show Cooking, as well as a grill and barbecue restaurants. Breakfast is served in buffet form from 6 am-9.30 am at the NEDRA Restaurant. A buffet lunch is served from 12:30-2 pm, also at the NEDRA Restaurant. Dinner can be enjoyed in buffet style from 6.30-9 pm and there are snacks available in the evening (sandwiches and pastries) from 9 pm-11 pm. Snacks (sandwiches and pastries) are served from 10 am-12 am at the Bar Les Palmiers, while afternoon snacks (pizzas, sandwiches, pastries) are served from 2 pm-5 pm. Ice cream for children is served from 10 am-5 pm and there is a welcome drink available for guests. All-inclusive drinks are served from 10 am-12 pm at the Bar Les Palmiers. Non-alcoholic drinks served are: tea, coffee, milk, cappuccino, espresso, fruit juice, coke, fanta, bogo, lemonade and mineral water. Locally-produced alcoholic drinks include Boukha-Cedratine, draught beer, and red/ rose/ white wine. Bar cocktails are included in the all-inclusive price and are available from 8 am-11 pm every day at the Lobby Bar Les Palmiers (applicable during the summer season 2004).
