 The hotel is located in the centre Malmo within walking distance of the city's cultural and entertainment offerings. It is situated in a charming narrow side street amongst some of Malmo's oldest buildings. The Central station and bus terminal are nearby thus providing access to the rest of Sweden and Copenhagen.

Although a modern building only built in the 1980's the facade is actually that of the original building which was built in the late 19th Century. Constructed from red brick and lighter plaster the facade has been retained due to preservation laws.
A generous breakfast buffet is served in the hotel's own dining room on the ground floor, which is situated to the right of the reception desk. Drinks and snacks are also served in the lobbybar during the day as well as in the evenings, however, due to the size and concept of the hotel it does not have a stand alone restaurant. Should this be a requirement then the hotel is able to offer the facilities available at it's nearby sister hotel, The Elite Savoy which is around the corner.
The hotel is a small and cosy affair modelled on a classic English gentry club. It offers only 69 rooms and suites all of which are comfortable and cosy in design. The rooms are small to medium in size and use a great deal of wood and warm coloured texiles, as such mixing the typical stereotypes of Scandinavian and English design. Bathrooms are compact and well kept.
The lobby is a darkly lit and atmospheric space. It is medium in size and has a ornate and circular coloured glass window in the ceiling. A dark wood reception desk and lobby bar are situated to the rear while to one side is a fine classical styled library typically of one you would find in a mansion house. Elsewhere are stylish and appropriately fitting chairs.
