 Location
This hotel is situated directly beside the white sandy beaches of Cancun's hotel district. Isla Mujeres and the Nichupte Lagoon are to be found directly across from the hotel complex. The centre of Cancun is only a 20-minute walk away and buses to and from the city pass in front of the hotel every 10 minutes. Shopping and entertainment venues are to be found in the near vicinity. Cancun International Airport is a 25-minute drive away.
Facilities
Renovated in 2003, the hotel comprises a total of 40 rooms. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk, a cosy bar, tropical gardens with a pavilion and a souvenir shop. The air-conditioned restaurants invite guests to sample some good quality cuisine. Younger guests may let off steam in the playground and those arriving by car can take advantage of the car park. A car rental service and a babysitting service are also available to guests. A laundry service, room service and medical assistance round off the facilities on offer.
Rooms
The Mexican style rooms come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, two double beds or king-sized beds, air conditioning and a hire safe. The rooms also have either a balcony or a terrace.
Sports/Entertainment
The well-maintained outdoor complex comprises a swimming pool as well as sun loungers and parasols. A solarium and a massage service are offered to guests. There is a golf course situated close to the hotel. Basketball and beach volleyball are available on the beach and water sports enthusiasts are able to hire out equipment or go diving or snorkelling. For a little variation, the hotel organises a nightclub tour of Cancun.
