The beach of Rekawa is a well known wildlife sanctuary. It is a favoured breeding place for the endangered turtles, as it is still an undisturbed and very quiet place and not yet spoiled by tourism Each of our rooms has a sleeping area of 25 m² with big king-size bed and ceiling fan . The design of rooms with high sealing and open spaces gives you a fresh breeze during your sleep . One of the highlights are the open air bathrooms , you can enjoy the sunrise and watch palmtrees and the sky during your shower. All rooms have their own private terrace and are overlooking the garden. Take your dinner under the open sky and watch the sea from our restaurant. Typical srilankan food is prepared by our cook Khanthi. Halfboard includes a srilankan breakfast e.g. hoppers, roti, cocos sambalfresh fruits, toast, butter jam and eggs. For dinner you can choose if you like a fresh catch of the day from local fishermen or some vegetarian food. All our food is from local producers – we offer top quality, fresh and natural food. You will be tempted to take long walk and discover the fascinating fauna and flora. At night you can observe the leather back turtle laying her eggs. A wonderful lagune is allocated a ten minutes walk from the cabanas. You can observe a rich and diverse flora, and a remarkable number of birds here.
