 Situated in the coastal town of Beruwela, approximately two hours south of Colombo. The resort is easily reach by car or local transport.

Deluxe, or Paradise, rooms are all located on the top floor of the hotel and are very large in size and elegantly designed. Rooms are decorated in neutral colours and all feature a four-poster bed. In addition to the standard room amenities, these rooms also feature a separate lounge for check in/check out, butler service, pillow menu, DVD player and in-room espresso machine.
The atrium lobby is large and comprised of two levels. Reception desks, cashier and guest services are located on the ground level, while shops and the gourmet restaurant is found on the upper level.
Three options are available for dining. The main restaurant serves buffet breakfast and dinner, in addition to themed evenings throughout the week. Next to the main restaurant, on the ground level, is a 24 hour coffeeshop serving lighter fare with both indoor and outdoor seating over looking the pool. Lastly, the signature gourmet restaurant, fitted with wine cellar, is located on the upper level of the lobby.
