By 1952 it had expanded to a four room construction and weldcomed its most famous visitor, the young girl who climed the tree as Princess Elizabeth and descended as Queen Elizabaeth 11. The hotel now has 50 rooms and heads the list for many a visitor of all the safari lodges and hotels.
