Trains run frequently to Taormina on the Messina-Catania line. The city is served by an airport in Catania, an hour’s drive away, and most hotels offer limousine service. For those with cars, Taormina is on the A18 motorway, and the Atahotel Capotaormina has a car park.
The air-conditioned guestrooms in the Atahotel Capotaormina are spread over seven floors. Each room has a terrace or a balcony. The rooms also have cable television, direct-dial phones, and wireless Internet access. There are walk-in closets, and the private bathrooms provide complimentary toiletries, and a hair dryer.
The Atahotel Capotaormina has a private beach, accessible through a lift carved into the rock. There is an outdoor swimming pool – filled with seawater, a Jacuzzi hot tub, and a gym with trainer and beauty salon (for an extra fee). There is outdoor parking, and a garage (also for a fee).
