 Sixbeds is an apartment of 3 rooms (2 doubles and 1 single). A kitchen is available with electric kettle, tea, coffee and tisane facilities, fridge and microwave oven. Bathroom is shared, and provided with bathtub/shower, hair drier, shampoo, soap and bath foam. All rooms are provided with fire alarm (smoke and heater sensors).
Position: so central, 10 min. to walk to the Coliseum and to the Termini Train Station. Our door is just in front of the subway station "Vittorio Emanuele" (linea A).
Rate includes Italian breakfast (cappuccino and cornetto) that clients enjoy at the bar immediately close to the entrance door, changing towels every 2 days and linen every 3, city maps, use of our little guide-books and romances library, bookcrossing registration (we are an Official Bookcrossing Zone), personal safety box use in every room, and the "Sixbeds Card" allowing discounts and happy hour in some restaurants and shops in the area (e.g. a full meal with beverage for 13,00 €, or a 20% discount over the Outlet price at Valmontone Fashion District). We also organize underground tours (catacombs, hidden Rome, ancient roman houses, Mithras temple, etc.) for our clients. Our philosophy is: give essential only, so to save guests' money and time. This means: excellent mattresses, very cared daily cleanliness, hypo allergenic towels and linen, minimalistic and styled furniture, safety box, but no tv, no reception, no internet, no air conditioning. Instead we offer an ancient building that is fresh even in summer, fan in every room, a lot of information at check-in, maps, books and touristic guides (we are also an international bookcrossing zone), 24 hrs assistance over the phone, tours. Our flat is in a common building, so entrance is all but an hotel lobby! :-)
Many good restaurants around: from Michelin Star "Agata & Romeo" (around 250 euros per person), through the famous "Trattoria Monti" (about 30,00 euros per person), till Italian, Indian, American and Chinese fast foods, bar (sandwiches) and finally... supermarkets!!! (Guys, you have a kitchen with microwave at Sixbeds!)
