During summer, the Wellness Centre has the following opening times:
- From Monday to Friday: from 9:30am to 07:30pm;
- Saturday: from 10;00am to 02;00pm (massages and treatments can be provided outside the opening times only when they have been booked in advance);

The on-site sports centre at the All Time Relais features 2 indoor pools, 6 tennis courts, and 3 fitness rooms. You can unwind in the Jacuzzi, sauna, or Turkish bath; all included in your room rate. A range of relaxing massages is available at an additional cost.

Travel information From Roma Termini train station, take the underground line B which stops at EUR Palasport, then take bus number 778/777 to Via Borghi or Via Jachino.

December 8th: it will be open from 9:00 to 20:00;
December 24th: it will be open until 14:30;
December 25th and 26th: closed;
December 31st:it will be open until 14:30;
Jan 1st 2011: closed.
Jan 6th: it will be open from 9:00 to 20:00.
In this period time table can be modified.
Indoor swimming pool timetable:
Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 14:30 / 19:00 - 22:30
Saturday 08:00 - 19:30
Sunday 09:00 - 19.30
Children can use the swimming pool only on Sunday, under the supervision of an adult.
Please note that for all arrivals starting 1st of January 2011 a city fee will be applied: 3 Euro per person per day. This fee is not included in the hotel rate and it's to be paid directly at the hotel.
