Surrounded by green hills, not far from the slopes of the Etna, on a marvelous hill hanging between time and space, it rises the Agriturismo Gigliotto, a fief of over 200 hectares of fertile lands cultivated according to the peasant tradition. The farm-house, a XIV former monastery, develops all around a Sicilian court-yard on which 26 comfortable rooms and a dining room appear, as a place of magic union between the typical fragrances and flavours of the perfumes of the Island cuisine made of biological products, served with Nero d' Avola wine. Our guests can enjoy a big swimming pool, a fixed riding place with expert guides, a small museum with peasant tradition, walks in the silence of the nature, in the green and in serenity. Gigliotto farm-house is a family firm founded in 1990 lead by Elio Savoca. He has restructured the existing buildings, improved the territory and planted Nero d'Avola grapes respecting a rigorous program of low environmental impact. He has invested in order to enlarge the surface of high-quality grape land to build the new winery.
