Realized in a recently refurbished XIX Century noble Mansion, the Residence San Niccolo Aparthotel enjoys a superb and privileged location, open and panoramic, at a walking distance from all the main sites of Art and History of Florence. Overlooking the Arno river in front of the Michelangelo hill, and in front of the medieval Tower of the Mint, the San Niccolo Residence is only a few steps away from Santa Croce Church and ten minutes away from the Old Bridge. Our Suite Apartments have been recently refurbished and provided with all conforts for offering our Guests the privacy and the charme of a true Florence Home together with a high quality Service . Each of them - from Standard Double up to Family Apartment- is the result of a careful and passionate work of recovery of the original architectures, combining them with classic furniture and modern comforts, for welcoming our Guests into warm, elegant and functional accomodations. All rooms are provided with cooking facilities (fully equipped kitchenette) for permitting our Guests a free self-catering or simply to have a tea or coffee independently, in total privacy and relax. All Bathrooms have been recetly renovated, with Carrara marbles - smoke or salmon or jade coloured. They all have shower, and are provided with high quality towels, courtesy sets and hairdryer. The Reception is open during office time for any need or information during the entire Guests' stay; inside the property lives also a Housekeeper who takes care of our Apartments, and who is always on place at Guests' disposal, even for late check-in or early check-out, 2424hours. The Aparthotel has a Private Parking place just next to the property: it can be reached easily with a private car without entering the Traffic Limited Zone of the historical centre (we are located just outside); and then there is no need to use the car in town: all monuments are within walking distance. The Parking has a limited number of spots, so we recommend to reserve in advance; the cost is Euro 10,00 per day.
