No need to use taxi as all sights are walking distance. The hotel is situated in a small quiet courtyard off Via del Corso shopping street and it is right next door to Dante Alighieri's house. Central train station S.M. Novella (which has bus connection to the airport) is only 10-min walk from the hotel (5 mins by taxi).
The property is a traditional 4-storey palazzo-style building. Lobby area is medium in size and pleasantly appointed. Reception is served 24 hours and offers concierge services. The elevators are very small and old-fashioned.
Rooms are small to medium in size. They are very simply appointed in a functional style with plain furniture and limited amenities. However, they are reported to be very clean and comfortable. Rooms have air-conditioning (however limited functionality) and a small TV with Satellite channels. Rooms at the front may incur some noise from outside at busy hours.
