The hotel was totally restored in 2005 to a very high standard and offers 6 double rooms and 1 suite as well as a restaurant, a bar and beautifully maintained gardens. The hotel's restaurant is housed in a space excavated from the old stone walls to provide luxurious dining specialising in local Sicilian cuisine and wines where guests may discover old family recipes on the menu. It also provides the ideal framework for business lunches, gala dinners, cocktails and buffets and includes a cosy bar. This hotel is set within a stunning castle and located in the medieval hill-top town of Erice. The castle occupies a dominant position and offers breathtaking views of both the sea and the Egadi Islands. Palermo Airport is around 100 km away and it is some 290 km to Catania Airport. | |
