General Description | |
The Cappello e Cadore hotel, in the heart of the city just off the main square (Piazza dei Martiri), is an important chapter in the history of Belluno. It has recently been restructured, restoring it to its former splendour (the building dates from 1843), and is ready to take up the challenge posed by the modern visitor. It is situated opposite the town's theatre (Teatro Comunale), at 30 metres distance. All the rooms are equipped with a frigobar, satellite TV, telephone, automatic temperature control, conditioned air, bathroom (with shower or whirlpool bath) and other facilities and services. There is a large, elegant Conference Room for congresses and association meetings. The tasty, varied buffet breakfast is served in a room on the ground floor. The elegant, classical furnishings, in natural coloured wood, and the warm, cordial and attentive welcome make the hotel a comfortable, pleasant place to stay for anyone visiting the city for business or pleasure. Car park. Discounts are available for theatre companies, associations, travel agencies, Italian or overseas firms operating in the city. The hotel organizes excursions to visit Cortina, Venice, Padua and other places of interest to the tourist. Due to the good value and quality offered and the continual demand from both Italy and overseas, visitors are urged to book well in advance. | |
