The Junior suites are elegantly appointed, with king size double beds and large glass panel windows overlooking the pool area or the sea or inland, depending on availability. They also have a separate living area and are decorated with handmade luxury furniture and expensive fabrics They have all modern comforts such as air conditioning, mini bar, satellite tv, wireless internet access, and state of the art bathrooms with hydro massage showers or bathtubs, and in addition they have coffee making facilities, bathrobes and slippers as well as VIP toilet amenities.
The huge lobby is where the reception area and main bar is, and is decorated with marble floors and modern futuristic furniture. There is a sizeable and modern conference facility to accomodate up to 200 delegates, and a shopping gallery with various shops, a hairdresser, and a gym and sauna area available for the guests. There are various play rooms and a paly area dedicated to the hotels' younger guests.
The sizeable restaurant serves a rich breakfast and meals with a Cretan and International flavour. There is a gourmet Italian themed restaurant, a taverna near the seafront (outside the complex) and a pool bar as well as a trendy main bar in the entrance lounge, open for drinks until late in the night.
