The Mare e Vista - Epaminondas Hotel Apartments, is located in Batsi which is on the western coast of the island, at a distance of 7 km from the port of Gavrio and it is a perfect holiday resort with two sandy beaches, a lovely fishing port and a marina, beautiful houses and good-hearted people. The hotel is situated in an excellent location, with a wonderful view overlooking the bay of Batsi and the new marina. The Mare e Vista - Epaminondas Hotel - Apartments is built amphitheatrically, in an elevated position and all rooms and apartments offer the most beautiful sea-view of the island from each one of their verandas. There are many steps and staircases in our hotel and persons with major kinetic problems cannot be easily accommodated or move around, although almost every level of the hotel is served by a lift which leads to the indoor parking area. The Mare e Vista Epaminondas Hotel Apartments is a 4 star Hotel with facilities such as:A sweet-water swimming-pool with spacious surroundings. A pool-bar, with a beautiful terrace and a splendid view. An air-conditioned breakfast room. An air-conditioned main lounge and a TV lounge. Transfer from the port: Transfers to and from the port can be arranged at an additional cost. Accommodation: 1. The Double room is our smallest unit that has an air-conditioned bedroom, a bathroom and a very big uncovered veranda with a magnificent view to the sea. All our double rooms have staircases connecting the entrance hall on the ground floor (where a small fridge is) with the 1st floor where the bedroom, the bathroom and the veranda are situated. The double room cannot accommodate persons with major kinetic problems may find difficulties in moving around due to the presence of the connecting staircases. Also, these rooms are not suitable for families with young children 2. The Family Apartment - type A that has an air-conditioned bedroom (with either two single or one double bed), a lounge with two in-built sofa/beds where two young children can be nicely accommodated, a satellite TV set, an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and a big uncovered veranda with a beautiful view to the sea and the bay of Batsi. Kindly note, that there is no A/C in the lounge. Cancelation Policy:- If the reservation is cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged. - If the reservation is cancelled later, the first two nights of the reservation will be charged. - In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
