Welcome to Pantile Lodge, Our lovely three bedroomed holiday cottage is located in the Northumberland countryside which is the ideal place from which to explore this fantistic part of the UK. What's more we are only 9 miles from the border with Scotland - so it's easy to visit the sights of the Borders and, of course, Edinburgh. There's so much to do, from visiting the many well preserved castles, including the Harry Potter venue at Alnwick, to carefree walks along quiet sandy beaches or in the rounded hills of Northumberland's National Park (about three miles from the cottage).For the sports enthusiast there is a swimming pool at Berwick and Alnwick, golf courses at Berwick, Goswick and Belford and (an albeit steep) course at Wooler. Fish in the river Till and Glen (licence required). The cottage is complete with fully firnished lounge diner, settee wide screen Tv. Pantile Lodge has its own garden with patio seating area. Best of all the garden faces south - so a nice place to sit in the sun and relax. Garden chairs are provided together with table and parasol.
