The King's Head has been owned and operated by Mr Osvaldo Valle since November, 1998. Osvaldo has over 30 years experience at every level of the Hotel & Catering Industry. Visiting Warwick is a friendly and a memorable experience with something for all ages. Easily accessible by car, bus, train, cycling or on foot it is set amidst historic buildings and numerous attractions. Warwick has an ever-growing reputation for the variety of its cafes, restaurants and other eateries. The Market Square plays host to numerous events throughout the year and is the home of the Charter Market. Visit Warwick Castle, Britain's Greatest Mediaeval experience, the Lord Leycester Hospital with its fine mediaeval timber framed buildings, the military museums and the Collegiate Church of St Mary famous for its Beauchamp Chapel. The town of Warwick is graced with a wide variety of attractive parks and gardens. Starting at one of many car parks in the town the visitor can either select individual gardens or link them in a trail. All rooms are spacious and have ensuite bathrooms - with shower or bath. Each room offers remote control TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Hair Driers and Ironing Facilities are also available. The walls in the Oak beamed Tapestry Room are hung with an array of traditional tapestries. The original fireplace creates a wonderfully cosy atmosphere on those cold Winter nights. The Music Room is adorned with classical instruments ranging from Violins to Cellos to Antique Brass. The walls are covered with Gold and Platinum Discs from artists such as Elvis, Queen, Genesis, Bill Hayley and even Cilla Black. There is also a small Internet Cafe in the Music Room. | |
