The Western Isles Hotel is a 28 bedroom Victorian hotel dating from 1883. It stands majestically against the skyline and enjoys arguably one of the best views in the Hebrides over Tobermory Bay and The Sound of Mull.
You can enjoy fantastic views from the Conservatory Bar or sun terrace, or if you prefer something more refined there is an excellent restaurant serving great quality local produce. House specialities include slow-roasted organic pork, organic Orkney salmon, locally sourced cheeses and langoustine oysters.
The Isle of Mull is easily accessible with frequent brief ferry crossings and offers many places of interest to visit, including Tobermory with its brightly coloured buildings and interesting shops, castles, the Isles of Iona and Staffa and other attractions. Wildlife is abundant in the area with otters, seals, deer, Golden and Sea Eagles and many other species of birds, dolphins and even whales at certain times of year. |
