Restaurant Waters Edge: Dinner at "The Water's Edge" Restaurant is a very special occasion. All tastes are considered in creating the day's choice, in which the specialities of the season are highlighted in Head chef's irresistible style. Imaginative Vegetarian dishes are also prepared if required. Breakfast is traditional with a touch of flair - enjoy dishes such as Smoked Haddock with Poached Egg, Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Egg or if you prefer, light and continental. During the day, the "Terrace" is the ideal place to enjoy lunch or a cream tea in the sunshine as you watch the world float by. Lunch, morning coffee and afternoon tea are available. Non residents are welcome. In the summertime, the terrace is the place to be, with it's front row view of the activity on the water. There is plenty of space for relaxing at any time of day and informal meals are available. Lunch is a most enjoyable affair particularly on the hotel's waterside terrace in fair weather.
