Sandbanks Brasserie is also popular with non-residents, so should you wish to take dinner in Sandbanks Brasserie during your visit booking in advance is advisable.
Bar Sandbanks Bar: For a pleasant pre-dinner drink, Sandbanks Bar is ideal - a modern bar serving cocktails, draught and bottled beer and wine by the glass or bottle. Nothing could be more magical than watching the sun set over Brownsea Island from the comfort of the bar lounge or its outside terrace. Terrace Bar: The Terrace Bar's unique location, overlooking the never ending seascape including Old Harry Rocks to the west, creates an enviable destination for that quiet drink before dinner from April to September. In the height of the summer, enjoy a front row seat to enjoy the Poole Harbour Fireworks mounted on a pontoon situated, out to sea, and directly opposite the hotel. The fireworks displays usually take place in August.
