All 3 rooms have full sized bathrooms with bath and shower, flat screen free-view television, tea and coffee making facilities and a hair dryer. Each room has a dining table and chairs so breakfast can be served in the privacy of your own room. We have incorporated between floor soundproofing to ensure our guests have an enjoyable stay. There is an iron and ironing board readily available for guests use. The rooms are designed to be flexible to accommodate our guest's needs. Our beds are specially designed to transform from twin beds to large king sized beds for couples. We charge per room, the amount dependent on the season and the number of guests.
