Ashton House is a granite Victorian house, built around 1900 in the conservation area of Penzance. The owners, June and Stewart Kent, have recently refurnished and updated the en-suite guest bedrooms to a high standard, We are only a few minutes walk away from both the promenade and the centre of town. With quaint side streets, interesting sub-tropical gardens and parks, Penzance enjoys a mild climate and long hours of sunshine for much of the year. Amongst many places to visit locally, Newlyn is a comfortable 15/20 minutes walk away, while Lamorna, Mousehole and St Michael's Mount are a short drive or bus ride away. St Ives, St Just, Pendeen, Sennen, Lands End, Cape Cornwall and Madron are all within a ten mile radius of Penzance.
