There’s the picture perfect Old Hall, amazingly built in just two days in 1577, and the equally impressive Reynard Mansion built in 1682, as well as the much more humble but evocative Squatters’ Cottage, not to mention the cobbled “shuts”, ancient thoroughfares that used to link various hostelries.
