General Description | |
The bedrooms are all equipped with comfortable mattresses. Extra blankets and covers are supplied should you feel the need. The heating in each room is individually thermostatically controlled. The bed linen and the towels are of the finest quality Egyptian cotton. Each bedroom has the benefit of it's own en-suite bath or shower room, each one differing from the rest. The rooms have a remote colour TV, with a selection of films available from the library. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided along with some biscuits. The fittings, the furniture, the wall coverings and the fabrics used in the refurbishment of Ardwyn House have all, where possible, been selected to complement the restoration project as a whole. Concessions to modern living have been made with the total re-wiring, re-plumbing and central heating of the house, along with smoke and fire alarms throughout for your comfort and safety. Much attention has been given to supplying ample hot water and a comfortably warm environment. Modern mattresses adorn the oak or brass beds, and even the lighting is in keeping with the period. Llanwrtyd Wells is Britain's smallest town but it has a big heart. Llanwrtyd hosts a wide variety of events throughout the year which appeal to all kinds of people. | |
