The Duke of York is ideally located in the beautiful Somerset village of Shepton Beauchamp, this 17th Century, grade 2 Listed Building lies within a Conservation Area and has been owned by Hayley Paul since April 2002 and is one of only 6% of pubs in Britain that is a true Free house. The Duke of York Inn is CAMRA recommended for the quality of its Beer having been in the Good Beer Guide for the past four years (only 4500 pubs out of 60,000 make this publication) as well as a selection of great real ales we also have local ciders and an excellent range of wines. The facility comprises four newly built Letting Rooms and one self contained studio flat. All rooms are en-suite. If you are looking for that special night or weekend we have our luxury suite which has a Jacuzzi and a four poster bed or if you want self catering we have a self contained room with brand new kitchen facilities.
