Dating from around 1185 The Pandy is said to have been built by Sir Richard de Brito during his construction of the neighbouring village church, in penance for the murder of Archbishop Thomas a Beckett. Today the inn retains much of its historic character and offers a warm welcome to visitors and locals alike.
