Whether your visit is for business or pleasure, our aim is to help you enjoy your stay in a comfortable, quality, relaxing and friendly atmosphere. You can rest assured that the Ardleigh Guest House offers you real quality, comfort and value for money. Edinburgh is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, it is a welcoming place where visitors spend as much time as possible soaking up the atmosphere and enjoying many sights. The 18th century town planners divided the town neatly into the primarily neo-classical New Town and the Old Town with its narrow winding streets. The Castle, perched on top of its precipitous hill above the city gives Edinburgh its unmistakable skyline. The Ardleigh Guest House, built circa 1900, is a Victorian Stone Built terraced villa, still retaining many fine feature, and commands a panoramic view of the city skyline that includes, Arthur's Seat, Calton Hill and Edinburgh Castle. We have seven rooms; all with private facilities, and the whole guesthouse has been recently refurbished to a high standard for the benefit of our guest. The bedrooms offer firm comfortable beds with fresh white Irish linen sheets, colour TVs, tea and coffee making facilities, direct dial telephones, comfortable chairs and towels laundered daily. We also have a large family room that can comfortably sleep up to a family of five and has a spectacular view of the city's skyline. We also keep a stock of various sundry items such as shaving equipment, toothpaste, deodorants and shoe polish. | |
