Representing a £1.4m investment, The Queensberry opened as a 15 bedroom hotel in July 2007.As a listed building on English Street, Dumfries, that has been left unused for a number of years, The Barracuda Group was keen to bring the building back into public use and preserve the hotels listed building consent.
