The Filly Inn is a charming 16th Century traditional country Inn set right in the heart of The New Forest National Park between Brockenhurst and Lymington on the A633. This family run pub offers cosy accommodation, delicious home cooked meals at great prices, local cask ales and premium lagers & ciders with an exciting collection of wines. Food on offer includes Lymington crab, New Forest venison & delicious home made burgers & daily specials. Regular Pie & pint night (Fridays) Steak nights 2 for 1 (Thursdays) Fantastic Sunday Lunches. Childrens portions available. BBQs and Hog Roasts are a regular event in our large patio & beer garden with its own outside bar. The oldest part of the pub goes back to the 1600 s, Low ceilings & sturdy oak beams adorned with traps and old gadgets abound. This where the Ghost of a treacherous highwayman has been seen many times by staff and customers over the years. The large patio area & car park which leads directly to New Forest Walks & cycling tracks. Central for easy access to Lymington or the village of Brockenhurst. Southampton and Bournemouth are within an easy drive Feeling active? Bike rides, sailing or horse riding are all close at hand. We have 5 comfortable B&B rooms; at the front overlooking heathland where ponies and cattle roam freely and the back overlooks Royden Wood, with its beautiful walks.
