Out of season, our room prices on Laterooms do not include the cost of breakfast - so we can offer low prices for those who are just looking for a low price deal on a room, but if you would like breakfast, you can of course select it at the time of your booking (just £7.00 for a full breakfast - lots of different choices, or just £5.00 for a Continental), or book it whilst you're here with us. We are located in East Cliff, the more peaceful side of town, but just a 15 minute very pleasant walk from central Bournemouth. Either walk down the gently sloping zig-zag to the beach and along the promenade, or through town, the top of which starts just 5 minutes from here. We have limited free off-road parking but if you would prefer to leave your car at home, we are a only 3 minute taxi ride from Bournemouth central train and coach stations, and plenty of local buses run from just around the corner. Numerous attractions including Poole, the New Forest, and the Purbecks, are easily accesible via these transport links. We are open all year round, including Christmas and New Year. Although it's especially perfect when the sun is shining here, it's still very cosy for out of season breaks, and there's still plenty to do, and a break does you good at any time of year!
