Felpham Village is at the bottom of the road boasts 3 good local pubs all serving lunch evening meals, shops restaurants; Bank with cash point, also St Mary's a beautiful Norman Church. Bognor Regis town centre is 2 miles away and is easily accessed for the railway station. The lovely beach promenade is within walking distance has tennis courts, putting green beach cafe’s for your enjoyment. Our beach has a blue flag award.
