The holiday apartment complex of the Residence Soderev Port Marine is located in the port of Sainte Maxime, overlooking the Bay of St Tropez on the Cote d'Azur and sheltered by the hills of the Massif de Maures. The 100 Mediterranean style apartments, spread over four floors, all open onto balconies and include kitchenettes with ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers. After a workout in the residence's fitness room, guests will find a range of amenities to help them relax, including an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and a steam room. Practical amenities at the residence include an underground car park (surcharge) and a front desk (limited hours). Away from the residence itself, guests can take the short walk (150 metres) to the fine, sandy beach and promenade of Sainte Maxime, whilst the town's centre is 300 metres away. Further afield, the famous resort of St Tropez is located four kilometres from the residence. The nearest major airport is Toulon Hyeres Airport, located 60 kilometres from the residence. Resort fees are determined by the hotel and are subject to change.

Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all apartments should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end of stay cleaning service is provided by the residence, which incurs a fee payable locally.
