The hotel is located across the street from its sister hotel, the Hamburger Bors. In fact the reception for both properties is located in the Hamburger Hotel.

This is not a complete hotel in that it has no public areas, but it does offer an adequate product and a cheaper alternative to its sister hotel.

Standing next to the large central market square, the hotel is a large brown concrete building above a shopping precinct.
