The complex was built in 1999, completely renovated in 2004 and comprises a total of 78 apartments spread over 7 floors. Facilities at the complex include a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a currency exchange facility. The apartment hotel also offers 2 lifts, a small supermarket, a bar, a public Internet terminal, laundry services and an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area and high-chairs for children.
