 The appealing complex Iberostar Club Cala Barca is situated on the east coast of Mallorca amidst a beautiful nature protection area close to the Bay of Mondrago. The grounds incorporate the bathing cove Cala Barca Trencada, which lies among enchanting and peaceful surroundings.
A number of small yet splendid sandy bays are to be found in the vicinity. Set from the hustle and bustle, the Mediterranean natural world may be enjoyed here. An ideal location for children and water sports enthusiasts; Porto Petro is located 3 km from the complex whilst Cala D'Or is around 7 km away.
Renovated in 2001, the Iberostar Club Cala Barca offers a 2-storey main building and a 2-storey annexe block with a total of 779 apartments on grounds spanning 72,500 m².
Facilities on offer include a foyer with a reception desk, a currency exchange desk, a small supermarket, shops, a pizzeria, an ice cream counter and a hairdresser's salon. There is also a bar, a nightclub, a games room, a TV room and an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant (with highchairs for children) available for use.
A conference room is also on offer. Laundry services, a laundrette with coin-operated washing machines, a club for teenagers, a children's playground and a kids' club for 4 to 11 year olds are available. For an additional fee, guests may make use of the babysitting service.
The welcoming apartments come with a bathroom, satellite/ cable TV, a direct dial telephone, tiling, a balcony or terrace, a fridge, a kitchenette, a hire safe, a combine living room/bedroom and a separate bedroom.
In the outdoor complex there are 4 swimming pools with 3 children's paddling areas, a poolside snack bar as well as sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use.
