The flat features two bedrooms; the master suite has a double bed, and the second bedroom two comfortable individual beds or both with double beds. There is one bathroom with a shower there's also a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. The apartments can accommodate up to six people. The entire building can accommodate up to 71 adults. The decor in Viana is minimal and inviting. Everything you see in the apartment is new, the kitchen and dining area had been provided with all the utilities you might need for an enjoyable stay in your holiday home in Barcelona. It counts with elevator, Internet WIFI, TV, air conditioning, central heating, hairdryer (on request), Italian coffee machine and a table for all the guests. Located on Carrer Viana our apartments have the perfect location just a few steps from the Sant Antoni Market. Although it's very close to the city centre, this area remains a relatively peaceful location for accommodation. The area was constructed in the nineteenth century, and the apartments still have much of their original character and charm. There are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants to keep visitors busy for days. Within a few minutes' walk you'll find the famous Las Ramblas and all the other touristic attractions in the old historical center of Barcelona like the Cathedral, the Boqueria and Placa Catalunya. The apartment is also right by a metro station that can take you to all of the other city parts! Entries from 8pm to 11pm have an extra the cost of 20, from 11pm to 2am the cost is 35 and after 2am the cost will be 50. At the moment of the check-in our staff will require a credit card number as security deposit for any damages that may occur in the apartment during your stay.
