Located very close to the central station the Comfort Europa is well placed for easy access to most of Copenhagen’s attractions and for transport around the city generally. Along with many other hotels it is also nearby the city’s red light district but this is limited to a small area and the vicinity is well lit and feels safe.
Off to one side of the hotel's reception area is a stylish breakfast room where guests enjoy a good range of hot and cold food in a relaxed atmosphere. In addition there is a lounge area where guests can take their drinks and snacks.
The hotel is compromised of four attached buildings comprising some long corridors. However, despite the size, the feeling is more that of a town house.
For families the Comfort Europa offers some of the best possibilities in the city with many rooms suitable for adults with two or three children, without feeling cramped. Single rooms are smaller and mostly have just a single bed, although some have a queen-sized bed.
Guests can take advantage of the high speed internet access in the hotel either via direct connection (some rooms only) or via the wireless connection built into the hotel with cards available at reception.
Renovated just two years ago the standard of bedrooms is good and the fabrics are still very fresh. Bathrooms are also decorated with fresh white tiles. Hairdryers and ironing equipment are available free of charge from reception.
The Comfort Europa is certainly one of Copenhagen’s most popular hotels with consistently high standards for a three-star product.
