Built in 1976 it was reconstructed into an apartment complex in 2000 because of the Expo, which was then renovated and refurnished completely. Due to the ideal access to the centre of Hanover it is ideal for trade fair visitors, commercial travellers, long-term guests, bikers, cyclists and families who want to explore Hanover and its places of interest. All apartments are arranged as double rooms but can also be booked for single use. Each room has cable TV with international channels. In 8 of the 14 apartments there is a separate pantry kitchen and other 3 apartments have common pantry kitchen with a seating area. The standard amenities include toaster, coffee machine, cutler and cooking facilities. A washing machine and a drier are available on the ground floor free of charge.
