The house keeps the authentic spirit of Valparaiso. Despite its entire restoration, this house built in 1880 maintains its wide spaces with rooms between 26 and 36 mtrs2 and 4-meter high ceilings. In addition, natural light reaches every one of its cozy rooms and spacious bathrooms. Wooden floors, bricks and stones, original doors and windows combine smoothly with contemporary vary furniture.
