Hall Gaps is located approximately 2 1/2 hours west of Melbourne. The township can be accessed from the north through Ararat or Stawell and from the south via Appollo Bay, Port Campbell, Warrnambool and Port Fairy through Dunkeld. The Grampians Motel is 3km south of Halls Gap, on the right if traveling from Halls Gap and is well sign posted.
